Created by D. Aasia Stormm, a visionary, survivor, and PhD candidate in Forensic Psychology, HELIX™ is a multi-portal system that brings together victim perpetrators, displaced persons, forensic scientists, CHWs, legal experts, and AI companions known as Genies — all working together to reimagine justice, healing, and rehabilitation.

Each of HELIX’s 10+ Portals is designed with care, complexity, and cutting-edge functionality:

• The ColdCase Portal revives long-forgotten files with AI pattern-matching and behavioral linkage analysis.

• The Victim Services Portal connects survivors to trauma-informed housing, rights, and healing.

• The Perpetrator Healing Portal offers rehabilitation with dignity — behavior transformation modules, re-entry tools, and restorative justice.

• The Displaced Persons Portal provides human-centered navigation for people displaced by violence, migration, or poverty.

• The CHW Portal empowers Community Health Workers with dynamic tools to track wellness, offer education, and engage in culturally sensitive outreach.

• The Psychiatric Services, Legal Justice, and Self-Defense Portals weave together emotional survival, protective autonomy, and legal empowerment.

 

At the heart of every portal is a custom AI Genie, named with purpose:

Each one is designed to reflect the voice, culture, and needs of the people it serves.

HELIX does not ask, “What’s wrong with you?”
It asks, “What happened to you?”
And then, it answers with action.
